KaJu Kick

Kaju Kickboxing is a high impact 50 minute workout. The class is made up of stretching, cardio, and strength training from a variety of sources. Kajukenbo training provides the foundation for the exercises. You will train like you are a boxer or a martial artist, without the same level of contact and investment of time as is found in the Adult Kajukenbo.
